The Black Girl Identity
Mentorship Community

BE BOLD, BE YOU, BE IN COMMUNITY

Learn how to Navigate the New. Reclaim the Real You. Redesign Your Life.

“The relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship you’ll ever have.” ~ Unknown

“For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.” ~ Ephesians 2:10

You’ve done the healing. Now you’re asking… “How do I live like her?”

In this new season of your life, everything is shifting:
Your preferences. Your relationships. The way you show up.

You’ve never be taught how to live as the healed version of yourself..

You’re no longer dissociating to survive, so now, everything feels heightened.
The discomfort. The disconnection. The noise.
And sometimes... the grief.

Because healing doesn’t just bring clarity—it brings loss.

Loss of old identities.
Loss of familiar roles.
Loss of relationships that couldn’t grow with you.

It’s lonely when the old version of you no longer fits, and the new you is still learning how to exist out loud.
You’re not broken.
You’re just in the in-between.

And this community was created to walk with you right there—as you navigate the new, reclaim who you’ve always been, and rebuild your life around your God-given identity.

This Is Not just a Group. It’s a Lifestyle Redesign Mentorship.

This is a faith-rooted, trauma informed, identity aligned space to help black women reclaim the part of them that were never broken, just buried and learn how to truly create a life that is in alignment with who you are.

The 3C Identity Framework™

This is the foundation of everything we do inside the mentorship.
It’s not just a concept—it’s a process of becoming.

CLARITY

  • Higher awareness.

  • Seeing yourself accurately in this new season—not through the lens of trauma, roles, or old survival strategies.

  • It’s knowing where you are, who you are, and what’s real. It’s being able to name it, measure it, and move through it with intention.

CONFIDENCE

  • No more second-guessing.

  • No more shrinking.

  • You stop questioning if you’re too much or not enough and begin embracing every part of you—your voice, your story, your boundaries, your truth.

  • Confidence here is rooted in wholeness, not performance.

CONTROL

  • You walk it out.

  • This is about embodiment—becoming the woman you desire to be while designing habits, rhythms, and routines that align with your healed identity.

  • No more reacting from wounds. No more living on autopilot.

  • This is control from within—not from fear, but from alignment.

Lifestyle Redesign: Where Identity Meets Real Life

Your identity doesn’t just affect how you think
It shapes how you show up- everywhere and in every space we walk into—especially in the areas that matter most:

Faith. Family. Friendships. Entrepreneurship.

When your identity has been shaped by trauma, survival, and performance, these areas suffer.
But when its rooted in truth, wholeness and God’s design- they begin to transform

This mentorship exists to help you redesign and rebuild your life in alignment with who you you truly are…

Faith

When your identity is wounded, faith becomes performance.

You go through the motions but feel disconnected. Spiritually flat.

You hide parts of yourself from God because shame still runs the show.

But when your identity is rooted in truth, you stop performing righteousness and start walking in relationship.

You bring all of you before God—healed and healing.

Family

Generational pressure. Unspoken roles. Mother wounds.

You’ve been the fixer, the responsible one, the peacekeeper.

A healed identity lets you create new and healthy boundaries that protect you and patterns that free your legacy from false burdens.

You show up as your full self, and parent or partner in ways that honor your truth

You get to break cycles without breaking connection.

Friendships

Being the “strong friend” is lonely.

You’ve built connection by being who others needed—not who you really are.

When you heal your identity, your friendships shift too.

You start attracting relationships that see you, support you, and don’t require you to shrink, or  stay silent or shae shift to keep the peace.

The friendship is RECIPROCAL

Here, we redefine what it means to connect, without abandoning yourself to do it.

Business

You’ve achieved, built, and succeeded—but it still feels off.

You’re code-switching. Overperforming.
Hustling from insecurity, not wholeness.

This is where your identity and your business finally align.

You stop grinding to prove your worth and start building from a place of authenticity, peace, and power.

No more success that costs your soul.

You’re Not Just Creating a Life That Looks Good.

You’re building one that is in true alignment…..
You are viewing life from the lens of a healthy identity= a healthy life…

This Community Is For You If:

  • You’ve already faced the pain. You’ve named the trauma.
But now, you’re asking: “Who am I beyond what I’ve survived?”

  • You’re no longer trying to fix yourself—
You’re ready to be yourself… and finally learn what that means

  • You’re tired of outgrowing spaces that were never built for your depth
and friendships that can’t hold your truth

  • You’ve done therapy. You’ve journaled, prayed, meditated…
And you still feel stuck in the “after”—the identity shift no one prepared you for

  • You’re craving a space that’s not about performance, productivity, or pretending
    but presence—and becoming

  • You’re ready to rebuild your life—your faith, your family, your friendships, and your work—
in alignment with who you truly are

This Space May Not Be for You If:

  • You’re still early in your healing and not ready to explore your identity deeply

  • You prefer surface-level inspiration over deep personal reflection

  • You’re uncomfortable with a trauma-informed or faith-integrated approach

  • You’re not open to unlearning, grieving, and growing—all at the same time

You’re Not Starting Over.
You’re Starting From Truth.

You’ve done the work.
You’ve chosen healing over hustle, authenticity over performance.

But now it’s time to integrate.
To rebuild.
To actually live as the woman you’ve been becoming.

This is the space to do just that.
In truth. In sisterhood. In alignment.

A note for you……..

Hello beautiful,

I created Black Girl Identity, a mentorship community and healing space for Black women who are navigating the quiet, often-overlooked aftermath of breakthrough and healing. My work as a licensed mental health counselor showed me that the other side of growth—when the noise settles and the applause fades—can feel just as lonely and confusing as the struggle that came before. Women would come to me strong, successful, yet silently unraveling from rejection, mother wounds, workplace trauma, or the deep ache of feeling unseen in their authentic selves

This work wasn’t just born through my work as a therapist—it came from my own story. From growing through identity-shaping pain, to witnessing how the cycle repeats in the lives of brilliant, gifted women who were taught to shrink and made to feel not good enough, not seen and not heard. I needed to create a space where they could rebuild with clarity, confidence, and control—not just in therapy, but in community. That’s where the real transformation happens.

My mission is to walk with women who are done surviving and ready to flourish—in faith, family, friendship, and calling. Black Girl Identity isn’t just a program; it’s a soft place to land and reclaim who we are. Because evolution doesn’t end at the breakthrough. That’s where it begins.
