The Short Version

I’m a former Executive Assistant for high-level executives at some of the most prestigious companies in the world!  After major back-to-back losses, trauma, disappointments, and major life transitions, my identity took a hit and on my journey to self-discovery, it became clear who I was and what I was created to do.   So I decided to begin again and now a licensed therapist and identity transformer who has helped so many women deal with the root behind perfectionism, people-pleasing, and performance—and finally live fulfilled, which takes clarity, confidence, and control.

But more than that...

I’m a God girl, mother of 3, sister and friend who is a living example that you can be successful and fulfilled while still healing, called and still becoming.

Hold up …let me back up a little….

I was born and raised in Harlem, New York in a home filled with love, rich experiences, and some painful experiences

My mother was a social worker and my dad a city worker. My mother worked a lot which afforded me many opportunities, vacations, and life changing extracurricular activities. Mom  would always say “you can’t always do what you want to do, you have to do what you need to do”.

I wasn’t a poor kid, but I also wasn’t rich. I ate school lunch and wore hand me downs that were way out of style and did not match my peers. My mom would say “the old styles always come back”… and then the bullying began…...

I became the girl who looked out of place, who felt insecure, and the girl who tried to make up for where I fell short, oh, and if i could just be nice enough to get everyone to like me.

The light, fun, confident and courageous girl that once shined bright was slowly dimming… but deep down I always knew that I was special, great, unique, smart and gifted.

THEN…….

Mom was gone…she passed away two weeks shy of my 17th birthday and my last semester of high school. And then to my suprise, I became a mother at just 18 years old….

Now here I am a motherless daughter and my LIFE was forever changed. I had to grow up and grieve simultaneously. I had to navigate the new, the aftermath of life without mom, being a mom and go through my OWN Identity discovery journey…..

Sshhhhh……more on this is in my first book coming in 2026! STAY TUNED

FAST FORWARD………

At 32, I had just gotten laid off for the LAST TIME…..

I had said to myself that I did not want to turn 40 in the same role I had done for over 12 years.

The places where I was needed but not valued….

where I had a seat at the table, but was never acknowledged.

So I decided it was time to unbecome so I can become….

Get CLEAR, GET CONFIDENT, GAIN CONTROL

After years of feeling rejected, forgotten about, unfulfilled, unworthy, and not enough…it was time!

I went to therapy, received mentorship and got licened as a mental health counselor.

I studied and became certified in frameworks that truly aligned with my faith, values, and life perspective, like Internal Family Systems (IFS). And slowly started peeling back the layers and getting curious about the parts of me that had been working so hard to protect me all these years. So really, I did the work, I am still walking out some of the work (Yes, it’s true, I have not arrived)… and now able to support so many women in doing the same

After all, what’s better than life experiences that were meant to break you becoming the very thing that encourages, supports and inspires women to begin again!

Then it all clicked

this isn’t just healing….this is identity transformation

I decided to use what I learned from life experience and corporate America about the importance of a healthy identity….

… and through my own practical life experience and psychotherapy training to create unique spaces for transformation and healing. Where you do not just learn how to cope (you are a master of that already) but to release what is truly keeping you out of alignment with who you were always meant to be .

This is where FALSE IDENTITY ends- and your real identity begins.
